Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the current Dynamics 365 environment for stability, security, and performance
• Manage platform updates, rollouts, and patches, including testing and validation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into Dynamics 365 configurations and enhancements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Proven experience managing Dynamics environments, including updates and configuration
• Strong understanding of data modeling and integration points with Power Platform tools
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 administration, configuration, and security roles
