Job Summary

A company is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (Customer Insights | Marketing).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions focusing on Customer Insights and marketing capabilities
• Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, integrations, and extensions within the Dynamics ecosystem
• Collaborate with data and analytics teams to support customer data unification and insights generation

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience developing solutions in Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement (CE)
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights or Dynamics Marketing modules
• Strong experience with Power Platform development, including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs and Azure services
• Solid understanding of CRM architecture, data models, and system configuration
