Job Summary
Leading application development and support activities, the full-time Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps Developer will enhance and maintain the Dynamics 365 Customer Service platform and Power Platform suite while ensuring compliance with change control processes in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and support Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including workflows and entity customizations
- Build and maintain Power Apps, Dataverse schemas, and reporting solutions aligned with business requirements
- Design and maintain API integrations to support related applications and manage development through the Change Control Board process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Current Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certification (e.g., PL-400, MB-230, PL-200)
- 7+ years of experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
- Hands-on experience with OAI-PMH or RESTful APIs within a Power Platform or Azure integration architecture
- Experience delivering under a sprint-based model with formal change control processes and Section 508 compliance
