Job Summary

To enhance client supply chain value, the full-time Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Consultant will lead post-go-live optimization efforts, focusing on inventory, procurement, and warehouse management while working remotely with periodic on-site visits.

Key responsibilities

• Assess live D365 Supply Chain Management environments to identify capability gaps and optimization opportunities
• Advise clients on supply chain process improvements and develop enhancement roadmaps based on business pain points
• Utilize agentic AI and automation to streamline supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with D365 Supply Chain Management in live production environments
• Proven ability to identify and address gaps between designed capabilities and actual system usage
• Strong understanding of core supply chain processes, including procurement and inventory management
• Experience engaging with C-suite and director-level stakeholders to drive system enhancements
