Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design for D365 CE, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, CIJ, and custom modules
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution architectures
• Design and oversee Power Automate workflows and Copilot Studio experiences

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE solutions
• Strong understanding of CE modules: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, CIJ
• Hands-on Dataverse architecture experience, including business rules and security
• Advanced Power Platform expertise, including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Experience with Azure integration patterns, including Service Bus and Logic Apps
