Job Summary

A company is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day CRM application support operations, ensuring timely incident resolution and adherence to SLAs
  • Conduct triage, impact assessment, troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for production issues
  • Ensure proactive monitoring, system reliability, and platform availability across CRM environments
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of platform support experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • 3+ years of hands-on CRM customization experience (plugins, workflows, scripting, custom pages)
  • Deep expertise with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2019+; Dynamics 365 cloud experience preferred
  • Experience with Azure environments and cloud infrastructure components
