Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in a tech environment
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically the Customer Service module
• Proven ability to work with internal stakeholders and drive solutions
• Experience with systems integration and data mapping
• Knowledge of process optimization techniques
