Microsoft Dynamics Product Manager

Job Summary

To support enterprise CRM transformation initiatives, the remote Microsoft Dynamics Product Manager will manage product discovery, translate stakeholder requirements into actionable deliverables, and drive business process transformation while leveraging AI for improved efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own product discovery and requirements gathering for Microsoft Dynamics 365 across Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing modules
• Translate stakeholder conversations into structured requirements, user stories, and product deliverables for development and QA teams
• Support enterprise CRM migrations, including transitioning multiple legacy systems into Microsoft Dynamics 365

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing modules
• 3+ years of experience leveraging AI tools to improve product management processes
• Proven ability to translate stakeholder conversations into structured requirements and actionable product deliverables
• Experience using AI to generate business requirements, user stories, and product visions
• Experience supporting large-scale CRM migrations
