Job Summary
To support a program with the Department of Veterans Affairs, the remote Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) will manage software packaging, application deployment, and systems administration, ensuring secure and reliable application delivery across various environments.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, configure, test, validate, and deploy application packages using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
- Support application delivery across virtualized and multi-session environments while adhering to enterprise standards
- Maintain dependable application delivery for mission-critical systems used by VA employees and healthcare providers nationwide
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or a minimum of 6 years relevant work experience
- 4-7+ years of system administration experience with strong SCCM/MECM skills
- Proven experience in a customer service-oriented environment with strong analytical skills
- Strong understanding of MSI/MST packaging concepts and PowerShell knowledge
- Experience with VMware vSphere, multi-session environments, and Windows OS internals
