Job Summary

A company is looking for an Extra ID Helpdesk Technician to provide operational support for Microsoft Entra ID services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier I-III operational support for Microsoft Entra ID B2B external collaboration services
  • Troubleshoot external user access issues and support onboarding for external agency users
  • Monitor and respond to identity-related support tickets and maintain accurate documentation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 3+ years of relevant IT experience supporting identity management or enterprise helpdesk environments
  • Experience with user account provisioning and external collaboration access issues
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and authentication concepts
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
