Job Summary
A company is looking for an Extra ID Helpdesk Technician to provide operational support for Microsoft Entra ID services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier I-III operational support for Microsoft Entra ID B2B external collaboration services
- Troubleshoot external user access issues and support onboarding for external agency users
- Monitor and respond to identity-related support tickets and maintain accurate documentation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 3+ years of relevant IT experience supporting identity management or enterprise helpdesk environments
- Experience with user account provisioning and external collaboration access issues
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and authentication concepts
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
