Microsoft Entra ID Senior Trainer

Job Summary

To enhance training initiatives, the full-time remote Microsoft Entra ID Senior Trainer will develop training materials, facilitate training sessions, and manage communication with users and stakeholders at the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update training materials, user guides, and release bulletins
• Plan and facilitate training events while monitoring and documenting training compliance
• Collaborate with technical teams to prepare training materials for new releases and address user needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of education
• Ten years of related work experience in training strategy development and material creation
• Experience in creating training plans for large IT organizations
• Proficient in developing engaging training documentation across various media
• Ability to establish strong working relationships with customers and stakeholders
