Microsoft Exchange Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing engineering team, the remote Principal Microsoft Exchange Infrastructure Consultant will serve as the highest level of Exchange escalation, troubleshooting complex on-premises issues, reviewing and improving infrastructure, and mentoring other engineers on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex on-premises Microsoft Exchange issues in production environments
• Review, architect, and improve Exchange infrastructure, including upgrades and migrations
• Mentor engineers by sharing findings, recommendations, and best practices

Required qualifications

• 10+ years supporting enterprise Microsoft Exchange environments
• Significant hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange Server 2013, 2016, 2019, and Subscription Edition
• Expertise in Exchange architecture, DAGs, hybrid deployments, and disaster recovery
• Proficiency in Exchange PowerShell and Active Directory
• Experience with Citrix NetScaler ADC and Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops
