Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and technical owner of the enterprise analytics platform environment
• Manage tenant configuration, capacity allocation, licensing models, and platform policies to ensure scalability and reliability
• Design and implement governance standards and enforce best practices for workspace provisioning and content promotion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent progressive technical experience
• 5+ years of experience administering enterprise Business Intelligence platforms
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale data visualization or analytics service environments
• Strong expertise in tenant configuration, workspace management, and platform monitoring
• Experience implementing governance frameworks and understanding role-based access control (RBAC)
