Microsoft Intune Customer Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Microsoft Intune & Windows 365 Customer Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Microsoft Intune and Windows 365 solutions in enterprise environments
• Act as a customer-facing engineer, delivering deployments, migrations, and operational support
• Provide architectural guidance and hands-on execution for modern Windows and Cloud PC management scenarios

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune in enterprise environments
• Deep expertise in Windows 10/11 and Windows 365 Cloud PC management
• Proven experience managing iOS, Android Enterprise, and macOS devices using Intune
• Experience supporting customers in a partner, MSP, or consulting environment
• Basic SQL query knowledge and general understanding of Power BI for reporting
