Job Summary

A company is looking for a Microsoft Licensing Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer compliance with licensing obligations and manage True Ups
• Define customer requirements, identify agreements, and facilitate quotes
• Guide sales, drive goals, and identify business opportunities during customer interactions

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
• 3-5 years of industry experience with a Microsoft background
• Manufacturer or industry certification desired
• Customer service or support background preferred
• Computer hardware/software knowledge required
