Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing and Reporting Specialist to oversee licensing processes and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track Microsoft software licenses, ensuring compliance with agreements
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for software usage insights
• Collect, organize, and validate data related to software usage and conduct periodic audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in software licensing or asset management
• Proven experience with Microsoft licensing models (e.g., M365, Azure)
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools
• Familiarity with financial reporting and budgeting is a strong asset
