Microsoft Managed Services Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineer Managed Services - Microsoft.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure environments for Managed Services customers
• Provide 24/7 support for critical systems and participate in various client projects to improve technology infrastructures
• Develop and document technical solutions, proposals, and maintain communication with clients regarding service requests and project status

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of Microsoft support experience, or 7 years of total IT engineering experience including 3 years of Microsoft support
• Professional experience with infrastructure solutions supported by Managed Services, including Networking, Enterprise Storage, and virtualization technologies
• Ability to establish customer trust and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in root cause analysis and strong organizational and analytical skills
• Microsoft Certifications such as Azure, M365, or Exchange are a plus
