Microsoft Migration Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Microsoft Migration Specialist to lead a large-scale migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of the Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migration
• Set up and configure Microsoft 365 tenant, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams
• Identify and resolve data transfer issues and serve as an escalation point during and after the migration

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT with at least 2 successful migrations from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365
• In-depth knowledge of Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 configuration, and Google Workspace admin console
• Experience with migration tools such as BitTitan, GWMME, or CloudMigrator
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and email archiving best practices in Microsoft 365
