Job Summary

Focusing on Microsoft Copilot and SharePoint solutions, the full-time Microsoft Modern Work Engineer will design and deliver solutions, lead client engagements, and provide training, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions for business processes
• Lead scoping and discovery conversations with clients to define project scope and timelines
• Conduct training sessions for technical teams and business users on Microsoft 365 tools

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Teams
• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering Microsoft Copilot solutions
• Experience in a client-facing or consulting environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities
• A self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills
