Microsoft Platform Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a rapidly growing Data Analytics and Business Intelligence platform, the full-time Microsoft Platform Technical Specialist will work remotely to operationalize and modernize critical systems for federal customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing project lifecycles.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee Azure architecture, security, governance, and cost management while deploying and managing resources
• Facilitate weekly meetings with senior Federal staff to align on project progress and stakeholder engagement
• Develop and manage project schedules, resources, risks, and activities to ensure successful implementation

Required qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust
• Master's degree in Business Analytics
• 5+ years of experience managing IT/technology projects
• Proficiency in Azure and familiarity with R, PostgreSQL, and Python
• Experience in data science, data analytics, and various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
