Job Summary
To support the modernization of data and process management at the National Institute of Nursing Research, the fully remote Applications Programmer Level III will analyze business applications, design solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance software efficiency and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design block diagrams and logic flow charts, translating detailed designs into software
- Test, debug, and refine software for M365/Power Platforms, Power Apps, and Power Automate flows
- Prepare technical documentation and assist project management with contract deliverables
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience with complex Power Platform projects and federal government experience preferred
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Working knowledge of Agile SDLC methodology and best practices
- Required certification: Microsoft 365 Certified Developer Associate or Power Platform Development Associate
