Job Summary
To lead and enhance the Microsoft practice, the full-time salaried Practice Director will manage strategy, operational performance, and commercial alignment while working remotely from Brentwood, Tennessee.
Key responsibilities
- Own and refine the Microsoft service catalog while driving a multi-year capability roadmap
- Collaborate with sales teams to shape pipeline opportunities and ensure deal structures align with practice capabilities
- Set delivery standards and governance, managing escalations to ensure successful project outcomes
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in Microsoft professional services, including 5+ years in a leadership role within a VAR or systems integrator
- Proven experience in enhancing delivery organizations and managing service catalogs
- Strong technical knowledge of Azure, Entra ID, security, and application migrations
- Executive presence with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients
- Experience with partner delivery models for non-core capabilities
