Microsoft Purview Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Purview Administrator to manage and maintain Microsoft Purview applications in a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test data governance and compliance policies while monitoring and optimizing them
• Deploy and configure Microsoft Purview and manage role groups and permissions within the portal
• Mitigate risks by protecting sensitive data and managing eDiscovery workflows for legal and compliance teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of IT experience, Associate's Degree with 7+ years, or 9+ years of IT experience
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a public trust clearance
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview administration
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance principles
• Experience with data loss prevention, data classification, and sensitivity labeling
