Microsoft Purview Consultant

Job Summary

To support data governance and compliance initiatives, the contract Microsoft Purview Consultant will configure and manage Microsoft Purview solutions, implement data classification and retention policies, and collaborate with various teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Configure and support Microsoft Purview solutions for data governance, security, and compliance
• Implement data classification, sensitivity labels, and Data Loss Prevention policies
• Work with business and IT teams to define governance and protection requirements

Required qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview
• Strong knowledge of data governance and compliance concepts
• Experience with sensitivity labels and DLP policies
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance workloads
• Understanding of SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange
