Microsoft Solutions Architect

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Modern Work Strategic Manager, the successful candidate will drive revenue growth and solution innovation across the Modern Work portfolio, collaborating with sales teams and architects to design and evolve service offerings that address complex customer challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture efforts during the sales cycle, translating business requirements into scalable Microsoft-based solutions
• Own the Modern Work presales function, including solution strategy and client engagement, to drive increases in pipeline and win rates
• Design Modern Work solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies, ensuring alignment with customer collaboration, security, and compliance requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft cloud technologies, focusing on Modern Work solutions (Microsoft 365)
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, presales engineering, or consulting roles
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
• Active Microsoft certifications associated with core and related technologies; project management-related certification or equivalent experience
