Microsoft Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Providing senior consultative services and project implementation, the fully remote Microsoft Solutions Architect will design and implement complex Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions, manage client projects, and lead technical remediation efforts while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement solutions across Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies, including Viva, SharePoint, EMS, and Power Platform
• Lead client meetings to identify technical requirements and present tailored solutions, including migration plans for large-scale deployments
• Act as a project lead and escalation point, ensuring successful delivery of services while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, with at least 10 years in an IT role and 8+ years in consultative or professional services
• Proven experience in migrating and deploying cloud infrastructure, specifically Azure and Office365
• Demonstrated success in a presales capacity, effectively communicating technical information to diverse audiences
• Strong documentation skills and commitment to continuous learning and innovation in technology
• Microsoft certifications are highly desired and required for continued employment
