Microsoft Solutions Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Microsoft Solutions Associate will act as a consultative resource for sales and customers, managing inbound requests and providing Microsoft product guidance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Associates to identify and pipeline opportunities for Advanced Technology Products
• Manage inbound requests and process contract amendments and related customer documentation
• Communicate with and train Account Managers to enhance customer responses and maintain product knowledge

Required qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft solutions and programs, with a focus on on-the-job training leading to certification
• Proven experience in sales support or a similar role, with negotiation and presentation skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills for presenting complex information
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across all organizational levels
