Job Summary

Driving Microsoft-aligned services growth, the full-time Microsoft Solutions Executive will lead enterprise pursuits, operationalize strategic initiatives, and engage with Microsoft field organizations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead high-impact Microsoft-aligned sales pursuits across AI, Cloud, and Security sectors
  • Integrate Softchoice's Microsoft expertise into customer account plans and modernization strategies
  • Build trusted relationships with Microsoft Account Teams to convert priorities into qualified opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 10-15 years of experience in enterprise technology sales or solution strategy focused on Microsoft solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in business or technology; MBA or equivalent leadership training preferred
  • Proven track record in leading multi-million-dollar enterprise pursuits and managing complex commercial structures
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft's field organization and co-sell motions
  • Experience guiding cross-functional teams in developing unified pursuit strategies
