Job Summary

A company is looking for a Microsoft Solutions Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of Microsoft-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and define Microsoft-based solutions aligned to customer business needs
• Lead and collaborate with a technical team to design, build, and deploy solutions
• Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, managing backlog and prioritizing features using Agile methodologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 7+ years in software development, product management, or technology consulting
• Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365
• Solid understanding of Agile development and product management best practices
• Leadership experience guiding small development teams
