Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Microsoft Solutions Specialist will support Account Managers and customers by providing guidance on Microsoft programs, products, and pricing, while managing Enterprise Agreements and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities
  • Acts as a consultative resource for Sales and customers, providing recommendations on Microsoft solutions
  • Delivers industry insights and presents options to customers during calls, ensuring clarity and alignment with their goals
  • Manages the contract lifecycle for Enterprise Agreements, ensuring compliance with Microsoft Licensing Guidelines and supporting customer transformations
Required qualifications
  • Advanced user skills for Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Consultative experience with Microsoft Online Services including M365, Azure, and Dynamics 365
  • Knowledge of Microsoft's lifecycle and renewals process for Enterprise Agreements and Cloud Subscription Agreements
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable purchasing agreements
  • Proven ability to analyze customer needs and convert them into effective Microsoft solutions
