Microsoft Solutions Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Microsoft Solutions Specialist will support Account Managers and customers with Microsoft program, product, and pricing needs, focusing on Enterprise Agreements and providing consultative guidance on Microsoft Modern Workplace, Azure, and Managed Services.

Key responsibilities

• Acts as a consultative resource for Sales and customers, providing tailored Microsoft solutions and recommendations
• Manages contract lifecycles for Enterprise Agreements, ensuring compliance with Microsoft Licensing Guidelines and customer goals
• Stays current on market trends and Microsoft programs, delivering insights and training to enhance customer engagement

Required qualifications

• Advanced user skills for Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Consultative experience with Microsoft Online Services including M365, Azure, and Dynamics 365
• Knowledge of Microsoft's lifecycle and renewals process for Enterprise Agreements and related agreements
• Proven negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable purchasing agreements
• Strong business analysis skills to translate customer needs into Microsoft solutions
