Key responsibilities
- Acts as a consultative resource for Sales and customers, providing tailored recommendations for Microsoft solutions
- Delivers insights and options during customer calls, ensuring alignment with their needs and budget
- Manages the contract lifecycle for Enterprise Agreements, ensuring compliance with Microsoft Licensing Guidelines
Required qualifications
- Advanced user skills for Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Consultative experience with Microsoft Online Services including M365, Azure, and Dynamics 365
- Knowledge of Microsoft's lifecycle and renewals process for Enterprise Agreements and Cloud Subscription Agreements
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to secure optimal purchasing agreements
- Strong business analysis skills to convert customer needs into Microsoft solutions
