Key responsibilities
- Acts as a consultative resource for Sales and customers, delivering tailored recommendations for Microsoft solutions
- Manages the contract lifecycle for Enterprise Agreements, ensuring compliance with Microsoft Licensing Guidelines
- Stays current on Microsoft programs and market trends while providing insights and training to enhance customer engagement
Required qualifications
- Advanced user skills for Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Consultative experience with Microsoft Online Services including M365, Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform
- Knowledge of Microsoft's lifecycle and renewals process for various agreements
- Negotiation skills with a proven track record in a goal-driven environment
