Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the remote Microsoft Support Administrator will provide 24x7 Level 2 technical support for Microsoft-based infrastructure, managing Azure and Microsoft 365 services while collaborating with engineers to resolve complex issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Microsoft products including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 user accounts and perform Active Directory administration
- Respond to support tickets, ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime and track incident progress
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent NOC experience
- 5+ years of Microsoft Administration experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin center, Exchange Online, and Teams
- Required certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate and Azure Fundamentals: AZ-900
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting is preferred
