Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Ticket Technician to assist clients and partners with Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as an advocate for clients' tickets after escalation and drive ticket resolution
  • Foster client satisfaction and build relationships by articulating business value
  • Provide high-quality data on issue resolution to support service improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 2+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies
  • 1+ years of experience in Windows Server
  • Exposure to Active Directory/Azure AD and DNS
  • College level coursework in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Proven ability to work virtually
