Microsoft System Administrator

Job Summary

Microsoft System Administrator provides full-time operational support for Microsoft platforms, including Microsoft 365 and Azure services, while delivering incident and maintenance support for collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 services
• Provide Tier 1/2/3 support for Microsoft collaboration tools and manage user accounts and security policies
• Develop PowerShell automation scripts and perform proactive monitoring to enhance system reliability

Required Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship without dual citizenship
• Ability to obtain and maintain SEC Public Trust
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of system administration experience focused on Microsoft technologies
• Hands-on experience with Azure services and Microsoft collaboration tools in an enterprise environment
