Microsoft Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Serving as the subject matter expert for Windows endpoint engineering, the full-time Microsoft Systems Engineer will lead the design, configuration, and lifecycle management of Windows workstations and Microsoft endpoint management services in a remote environment for a federal agency client.

Key responsibilities

• Engineer and maintain secure Windows workstation images and Microsoft Intune device compliance policies
• Manage Windows Autopilot for automated device provisioning and lifecycle management
• Produce and maintain engineering documentation, runbooks, and change records for all Windows endpoint configurations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred
• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, Endpoint Engineering, or Cybersecurity
• Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Intune and hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot
• Experience with Ivanti and/or KACE for OS and application patch management
• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance required
