Job Summary
Serving as the subject matter expert for Windows endpoint engineering, the full-time Microsoft Systems Engineer will lead the design, configuration, and lifecycle management of Windows workstations and Microsoft endpoint management services in a remote environment for a federal agency client.
Key responsibilities
- Engineer and maintain secure Windows workstation images and Microsoft Intune device compliance policies
- Manage Windows Autopilot for automated device provisioning and lifecycle management
- Produce and maintain engineering documentation, runbooks, and change records for all Windows endpoint configurations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, Endpoint Engineering, or Cybersecurity
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Intune and hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot
- Experience with Ivanti and/or KACE for OS and application patch management
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance required
