Job Summary
A company is looking for a Microsoft Teams Customer Engineer to manage customer satisfaction and support for Microsoft Teams initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct standard product workshops and in-depth product reviews
- Perform health checks, assessments, and post-operational reviews of product implementations
- Act as the primary technical contact for advanced support and problem resolution for corporate customers
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience supporting UC communication solutions for Microsoft Teams
- In-depth experience with MS Teams Telephony and architecture
- 5+ years of experience with voice, video, and meeting solutions, including MS Teams Live Events
- Understanding of Microsoft's Modern IT Architecture and Strategy
- PowerShell/Scripting experience and deep troubleshooting skills with Teams
