Job Summary

A company is looking for a Microsoft Teams Customer Engineer to manage customer satisfaction and support for Microsoft Teams initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct standard product workshops and in-depth product reviews
  • Perform health checks, assessments, and post-operational reviews of product implementations
  • Act as the primary technical contact for advanced support and problem resolution for corporate customers
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience supporting UC communication solutions for Microsoft Teams
  • In-depth experience with MS Teams Telephony and architecture
  • 5+ years of experience with voice, video, and meeting solutions, including MS Teams Live Events
  • Understanding of Microsoft's Modern IT Architecture and Strategy
  • PowerShell/Scripting experience and deep troubleshooting skills with Teams
