Microsoft Teams Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting and enhancing enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms, the full-time remote Sr. Messaging-Collaboration Engineer will focus on Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Teams, providing operational support and resolving issues while contributing to the evolution of voice and collaboration capabilities across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams, including Teams Voice and telephony capabilities
• Manage mail flow, transport rules, and voice solutions while troubleshooting voice quality and connectivity issues
• Collaborate with networking teams to ensure optimal performance and monitor service health across messaging and collaboration environments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience administering Microsoft Exchange and/or Microsoft 365 environments
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams administration, including Direct Routing and Operator Connect
• Prior experience with Microsoft Entra ID for identity and access management
• Proficiency with PowerShell for administration and automation
