Key Responsibilities
- Support Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTRs) deployments and ensure optimal user experience
- Act as the first line of expertise for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Implement Teams Phone solutions, conduct network readiness assessments, and provide guidance on core Teams features
Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer-facing roles in Unified Communications or IT consulting
- Proven experience with Microsoft Teams Phone and telephony infrastructure
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTRs) deployments
- Strong understanding of network dependencies for Teams media flows
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services and troubleshooting tools for Teams devices
