Job Summary

A company is looking for a 3 TEAMS Phones Customer Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTRs) deployments and ensure optimal user experience
  • Act as the first line of expertise for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Implement Teams Phone solutions, conduct network readiness assessments, and provide guidance on core Teams features
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles in Unified Communications or IT consulting
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Teams Phone and telephony infrastructure
  • Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTRs) deployments
  • Strong understanding of network dependencies for Teams media flows
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services and troubleshooting tools for Teams devices
