Microsoft Teams Ribbon SBC Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Microsoft Teams Ribbon SBC Engineer will optimize Unified Communications design, participate in technical meetings, and provide consultation services related to change management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize the design of Unified Communications and provide configuration services for complex changes
• Collaborate with the Program Management Office and support organizations to document and communicate project activities
• Assist in troubleshooting incidents and lead functional failover testing to ensure system performance

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Voice/Collaboration engineering experience
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Teams
• 2+ years of experience with Ribbon SBC
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Applicable certification or training preferred
