Job Summary
Providing technical support for Microsoft Teams and Cisco platforms, the hybrid MS Teams Unified Engineer will manage day-to-day administration tasks, troubleshoot VoIP issues, and support video conferencing solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Administer daily tasks such as MACD requests, incident management, and DID management
- Troubleshoot PSTN call issues and manage VoIP device registrations and profiles
- Analyze logs and network traces to ensure optimal performance and resolve technical problems
Required qualifications
- Experience supporting Microsoft Teams and Cisco IP telephony systems
- Strong knowledge of voice technologies, including SIP, H.323, and Direct Routing configurations
- Proficiency in troubleshooting VoIP endpoints and managing voicemail systems
- Understanding of ITIL and Agile frameworks, particularly in incident and change management
- Prior experience providing technical support to enterprise customers
