Microsoft Tooling Development Manager
Job Summary
Leading the Strategic Investment Management Tooling Services, the full-time Microsoft Tooling Development Manager will oversee the implementation and management of IT tools to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making within the Veterans Health Administration, working remotely with occasional travel to Washington, DC.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development, deployment, and management of SIM tooling services aligned with VHA's strategic goals
- Oversee the integration and optimization of tools within the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem to enhance business processes
- Develop and implement DevOps practices using Azure DevOps for automation and continuous integration/delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem tools, including Power Platform, SharePoint, .NET, and Dynamics 365
