Mid Cost Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid Cost Estimator to join their Global Services Design Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review plans and specifications to understand project scopes
• Perform quantity take-offs and pricing for federal construction projects
• Supervise junior estimating staff and support client presentations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in engineering or quantity surveying
• Six to ten years of experience in cost estimating for facilities or similar projects
• Preferred certifications include CCT, CCP, or CEP
• General knowledge of construction methods and cost estimating practices
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residence Card required
