Mid Developer with IAT II Certification
Job Summary
To support a dynamic cloud computing team, the full-time contract Mid Developer with IAT II Certification will design and develop scalable application modules using Java and Thymeleaf, translate legacy applications to modern code, and collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality deliverables in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Designs and develops application modules while ensuring security and performance standards are met
- Utilizes AI conversion tools to modernize legacy PowerBuilder applications and participates in code reviews
- Maintains automated CI/CD pipelines and responds to security tooling findings to remediate vulnerabilities
Required qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Public Trust/NACI position
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Active/current 8140 IAT II certification
- At least 6 years of experience building applications in Java and using Thymeleaf
- Proficiency with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and cloud-native architectures
