Job Summary

A company is looking for a Middle Account Manager for the Payment Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop existing and new accounts into mutually beneficial partnerships by aligning products with business goals
  • Lead the payments-focused onboarding process for newly signed clients and manage operational issues
  • Present new product upgrades and translate client needs into structured feedback for development teams
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years+ experience in the iGaming industry within a customer-facing or account management role
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
  • B2 English level with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Basic experience with CRM/BI tools and project management software (Jira, Confluence, or similar)
  • Basic technical understanding of web services and the software development life cycle (SDLC) is a plus
