Job Summary

To support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the full-time remote Mid-Level Application Developer will design, develop, and maintain custom geospatial applications while ensuring compliance with federal guidelines and enhancing system functionality.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom geospatial and situational awareness applications to meet organizational needs
  • Provide technical expertise during requirements collection and analysis, and develop testing criteria and plans
  • Integrate geospatial applications with enterprise systems and automate routine tasks using Python and ESRI tools
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Geography, or a related field
  • 7+ years of application development experience
  • 7+ years of experience with .NET, C#, Python, and ESRI APIs
  • Experience in developing and maintaining automation test cases and workflows
  • Public Trust Clearance required
