Mid-Level Backend Developer

Job Summary

To support a project utilizing Agile Software Development, the remote Mid-Level Backend Developer will engage in software development from requirements gathering to coding and testing, while collaborating with team members and managing project status updates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop back-end services using Node.js and assist in front-end development with JavaScript and React or related frameworks
• Communicate project status, including issues and risks, to the team and collaborate to resolve problems
• Learn new technologies and skills on the job in a fast-paced environment while ensuring alignment with client needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a development environment
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with JavaScript & React UI or related frameworks
• At least 2 years of experience working with AWS Cloud Tools
• Experience in writing SQL and working with relational database structures
