Job Summary
To support the SEC ISS contract, the full-time Mid-Level Capacity Manager will analyze utilization trends across enterprise infrastructure, develop capacity plans, and produce reports to ensure performance and availability in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor utilization and growth trends to identify capacity risks and develop rolling capacity plans
- Use performance monitoring tools to track health and availability while building dashboards for stakeholder communication
- Support incident management for capacity-related issues and coordinate with engineering teams on upgrades and migrations
Required qualifications
- Must meet citizenship/work authorization requirements for the contract
- Ability to obtain and maintain SEC Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in capacity planning and performance management within enterprise IT environments
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components and familiarity with capacity management tools and ITIL best practices
