Mid-level Contract Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Specialist (with Construction/A-E Experience) (Mid-level).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle pre- and post-award contract actions in support of contracting officers
• Support construction/A-E contracting functions and artifact development
• Conduct cost/price analysis for design and construction solicitations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in federal contracting and procurement with a Bachelor's degree
• At least five (5) years of experience in construction/A-E contracting
• Experience with pre-award contracting functions and FAR (Part 36) regulations
• In-depth knowledge of Federal Contracting regulations
• Ability to obtain or retain a Public Trust clearance
